Overview:

The seventh TV special of Lupin the Third aired on August 4, 1995. Directed by Osamu Dezaki, the character design and chief animation director was Masatomo Sudo, famous for the Detective Conan series. Osamu Dezaki’s version of Lupin made a long-awaited return after 1992’s Lupin the Third: From Russia with Love.
