Overview:

This is a laserdisc containing the TV series animation of the Super Dimension Fortress Macross. The director is Noboru Ishiguro, and new staff members such as Shoji Kawamori, Fumihiko Takayama, Haruhiko Mikimoto, Hideaki Anno, and Hiroyuki Yamaga participated. There are 36 episodes in total. The MEMORIAL BOX includes a special disc, consisting of 1. Opening – MACROSS SPECIAL version – (Stereo version), 2. Ending – MACROSS SPECIAL Edition – (Stereo Version), 3. Opening (Stereo Version), 4. Ending (Stereo Version), 5. Macross CM Collection, and 6. Macross TV Series Setting Materials Collection.
