NEON GENESIS EVANGELION(新世紀エヴァンゲリオン)

Overview:

An animation that aired in Japan from October 1995 to March 1996 with a total of 26 episodes. Although the genre is giant robots, it achieved unprecedented commercial and critical success at the time of its broadcast due to its unconventional directing and content, and became a representative work of director Hideaki Anno and Japanese animation of the 1990s. It is evaluated to have caused the third animation boom in the history of Japanese animation, following Space Battleship Yamato and Mobile Suit Gundam.
