Overview:

Roujin-Z (老人Z) is an animation released on September 14, 1991. It is a work close to black comedy that satirizes the problems of the elderly such as the aging society and the problem of caregiving, and materialism, while also dealing with human dignity, marital love, and family love as important themes. Katsuhiro Otomo was in charge of the original plan, script, mechanical design, and main illustration, Hisashi Eguchi was in charge of character design. Hiroyuki Kitakubo was in charge of directing. It consists of one LD disc.
