2. Vinyl(LP, EP) Ripping

■ Vinyl(LP, EP) Ripping Process

Vinyl has excellent sound quality and is comfortable to listen to, but it has a lot of tick noise and hum noise throughout the vinyl, which is a disadvantage. So we use an industrial ultrasonic cleaner to clean the vinyl, and use an MM type cartridge to extract a 192KHz/24bit digital sound source, and then convert it into a digital sound source that can be heard with earphones/headphones by removing as much tick noise and hum noise as possible.
Finally, the client will receive the sound in WAV format.

■ File Size

It is approximately 250MB to 400MB per song (approximately 5 minutes), and will be sent via email or shared via Google Drive for two weeks.
